The Farmexim / Help Net group, part of the PHOENIX group, contributed positively to the good results of the German corporation, recording a turnover of EUR 734.2 million in 2020, which means an increase of 12% compared to the previous year.

For the Farmexim / Help Net group, 2020 was a year of intense growth, both organically and through acquisitions. At the end of the year, the group totalled more than 3,000 employees in Romania, grouped into three business lines: distribution, retail and services for pharmaceutical manufacturers. The growth was largely due to the integration of 146 pharmacies into the Help Net network, through acquisitions, but also through openings from scratch.

"These results could not have been achieved without the strong Farmexim/Help Net team that made a huge effort to adapt and overcome the challenges of this new reality, as the pandemic overlapped with an extremely ambitious expansion project. " Sebastian Ring, MD of Farmexim / Help Net.
