Descriere
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to gain an understanding of their operational needs in a specific trade related area
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all products & solutions
- Administrate, learn and communicate specific sales propositions to end user customers
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Provide support to Key Account Manager as required and foster a positive work environment
- Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity, Complete daily recordkeeping tasks
- Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data
- Ensure that commercial activities are in line with legislation, regulations and industry code of conduct
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, or related field
- Good communication skills/ written and verbally in English
- 1 year experience in relevant field preferred (e.g. Sales, Trade Compliance, Import, Export, Foreign Trade)
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets
- Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate over the phone
